Traditional spellcasters in Baldur’s Gate 3 take the form of glass cannons, where their arsenal of Dungeons & Dragons spells rely on devastating attacks that try to eliminate as many opponents as possible without breaking much of a sweat. In the technical aspect of D&D, many of these spells are from the Evocation School, dedicated to evoking the Weave’s destructive energies in attacks that damage foes in myriad ways.
